Refund Policy​

1. Refunds Within 5 Days of Booking

   • A full refund will be provided if the cancellation request is made within 5 days of booking.

   • After 5 days from the date of booking, no refund will be granted, regardless of the reason.

2. Refund After Trip Commencement

   • Once the trip has started, refunds will only be considered on medical grounds.

   • In such cases, a maximum of 50% of the trip cost may be refunded, subject to verification of the medical condition.

   • No refunds will be entertained for any other reasons after the trip has begun.

 

Responsibility for Luggage and Belongings

1. Personal Belongings

   • Travelers are solely responsible for the safety and security of their luggage and personal belongings throughout the trip.

   • NG Tours and Travels is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the journey.

2. Expensive Items

   • If travelers choose to bring valuable or expensive items on the trip, they must inform NG Tours and Travels in advance.

   • Despite prior notification, the responsibility for the safety of such items lies entirely with the traveler.

 

Behavior and Conduct

1. Traveler Conduct

   • Travelers are expected to maintain respectful and courteous behavior toward fellow travelers, staff, and local communities during the trip.

   • NG Tours and Travels reserves the right to remove any traveler from the trip without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, offensive, or unsafe.

2. Compliance with Instructions

   • Travelers must comply with the instructions provided by the trip guide or staff to ensure their safety and the safety of others.
